Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DailyCue platform, including its website, dashboard, application programming interfaces, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by DailyCue Ltd ("DailyCue", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any feature of DailyCue, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that organisation.
2. Description of the Service
DailyCue is a visual, emotionally intelligent sales decision-support platform. It helps salespeople, sales development representatives (SDRs), and agencies decide what to do next and why — faster, calmer, and with better judgement.
The Service provides:
- Relationship context drawn from connected CRM platforms (read-only at present)
- Timely signals derived from CRM activity, company news, and approved third-party sources
- AI-generated nudges — contextual suggestions for the next sensible sales action
- A lightweight learning layer that improves suggestion quality over time
- Agency and recruitment onboarding tools for SDR distribution
DailyCue is not a CRM replacement, pipeline manager, task manager, or training platform. It is a system of judgement support, designed to complement — not replace — your existing sales tools.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using DailyCue, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate and truthful.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and, where applicable, an agency invite code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify DailyCue immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. DailyCue shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
5. User Types and Access
DailyCue supports the following user roles:
- Sales Users (SDRs and Account Executives): Primary end users who use DailyCue daily to progress real deals.
- Agency Administrators: Recruitment and SDR agencies who invite SDRs via unique agency codes and track onboarding and activation.
- SDR Candidates (Pre-Placement): Individuals receiving interview and confidence-building cues before transitioning to CRM-driven cues once placed.
Your access level and available features depend on your assigned role and subscription status.
6. Subscription, Pricing, and Payment
DailyCue is offered on a subscription basis at £49 per month, with the first month provided free of charge. To continue using the Service beyond the free trial period, valid payment details must be on file.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise DailyCue to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
DailyCue reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' prior written notice. Continued use of the Service following a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Free Trial
New users are entitled to a one-month free trial. During the trial period, you will have full access to the Service. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your stored payment method will be charged.
8. CRM Integration
DailyCue connects to supported CRM platforms, currently HubSpot and Salesforce, via OAuth. At present, DailyCue operates in read-only mode: it pulls data from your CRM to generate context, signals, and nudges, but does not write back to or modify your CRM data.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permissions and authority to connect your CRM account to DailyCue. DailyCue is not responsible for any inaccuracies, data loss, or disruptions within your CRM system.
9. AI-Generated Content and Nudges
DailyCue uses artificial intelligence, including models from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and Perplexity, to generate nudges, signals, and contextual suggestions. These outputs are decision-support tools, not directives.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated nudges are suggestions only and do not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice.
- DailyCue does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.
- You remain solely responsible for all sales decisions and actions taken or not taken in response to DailyCue's suggestions.
- AI outputs are subject to the limitations inherent in machine learning systems, including the possibility of errors, biases, or hallucinations.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any individual.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service without prior written consent.
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without authorisation.
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair DailyCue's infrastructure or interfere with other users' access.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service — including the DailyCue name, logo, nudge engine, dashboard design, and underlying algorithms — are and shall remain the exclusive property of DailyCue Ltd.
These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.
12. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of any content you input into DailyCue, including client notes, user-written nudges, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant DailyCue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and store that content solely to operate, improve, and deliver the Service.
DailyCue may use anonymised, aggregated data derived from user activity to improve its algorithms and service quality. Such data will never identify you personally or expose your client information.
13. Data Protection and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
DailyCue processes data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with and relies upon third-party services, including but not limited to HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, News API, and LinkedIn data providers. DailyCue is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.
Your use of third-party services in connection with DailyCue is subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies. DailyCue does not endorse and is not liable for any third-party service.
15. Service Availability and Modifications
DailyCue aims to provide uninterrupted access to the Service but does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- DailyCue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
- DailyCue disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- DailyCue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost deals, or loss of business opportunity.
- DailyCue's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to DailyCue in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DailyCue, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
18. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
DailyCue reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that DailyCue reasonably determines to be harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. DailyCue may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
19. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
20. Changes to These Terms
DailyCue reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplementary terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DailyCue regarding your use of the Service, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
